Built around the problems Chinese factory websites actually have overseas
Most audit tools assume your server, your fonts and your buyers are all in the same country. Yours are not.
Eight things buyers notice before they ever send an inquiry
Response times from probes in your market, plus PageSpeed lab data when available
Certificate expiry, hostname coverage, chain and HTTPS redirects
Sitemap validity, sampled URL status, noindex and lastmod dates
robots.txt rules, titles, descriptions, canonicals, broken links
Market-language pages, hreflang and leftover Chinese text
Origin network, CDN, DNS provider and China-only resources
Security headers, exposed endpoints, software end-of-life, DMARC
Business email, privacy policy, forms, chat and proof signals

Questions exporters ask us
What does an audit check?
Load speed from your buyer’s country, SSL and HTTPS, sitemap and crawlability, language and leftover Chinese text, hosting and China-only resources, security headers and outdated software, and the trust signals buyers look for before sending an inquiry. Each finding comes with why it matters and how to fix it.
Do you need access to my website or hosting account?
No. We only look at what any overseas buyer can see: your public pages, DNS, certificate and response headers. Nothing is installed and no login is needed.
How do you measure speed from my buyer’s country?
Community probes located in that country request your site at the moment of the audit, and we compare the result with other countries, including mainland China. If no probe answers, the comparison is marked as not measured instead of being guessed.
My website is hosted in China. Is that a problem?
Often it is, but it depends on your server, CDN and third-party scripts. The audit shows the actual response time from your buyer market, the hosting network and CDN, and flags China-only services such as maps, fonts, analytics or chat widgets that load slowly or fail abroad.
Why are some checks marked “not measured”?
Some measurements depend on outside services or on your site responding in time. When a check cannot run, we list the reason and leave it out of the score. We never fill gaps with estimates.
Who can see my report?
Each report lives at an unlisted link that search engines never index. Anyone you share the link with can read it and edit its action plan and notes, so share it with your team or agency, not publicly.
What is a “full report” in the paid packs?
One complete audit of one website for one buyer market, with the shareable report, the editable action plan, the AI assistant and the PDF export. Re-checking after your fixes, or checking another market, uses another report.
Can I pay in RMB?
Visitors from China see prices converted to RMB. Paid packs are currently arranged directly with our team: tell the website guide which pack you want and how to reach you, and we will confirm the payment options with you.
Can agencies use their own branding?
Yes. Agencies receive an access key that turns the PDF export into a fully white-labelled report with their logo, colour and contact details, and no Tradescope branding.
Does the AI assistant make things up?
It answers only from the measured data in your report and says so when something was not measured. Optional search-visibility figures from DataForSEO are third-party estimates and are labelled as such.
How long does an audit take?
Usually one to three minutes. Every audit runs under a fixed time limit, and you can watch each step live while it runs.
How results are measured
- Measured
- DNS, HTTP responses, redirects, headers, page content and crawl results come from requests our audit server makes at scan time.
- Regional timing
- Response times per country come from Globalping community probes. If no probe answers, that comparison is marked unavailable.
- Lab performance
- Core Web Vitals come from Google PageSpeed Insights (a mobile lab run from Google servers), labelled as such, when quota allows.
- Not guessed
- We do not estimate lost buyers. Checks that cannot run are listed with the reason and left out of the score. Optional search data is labelled as third-party estimates.
